  • All sales are final for non-defective items.

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.

  • For defective items, we will replace the item or refund the original payment.

Return window for defects
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives defective or damaged.

How to start a defective return
Email info@simpletricksandnonsense.net with:

  1. Order number, 2) photos of the defect/damage, 3) a brief description.
    We’ll reply with a prepaid label (if needed) and instructions.

Condition
Keep all original packaging. Items that show excessive wear or misuse aren’t eligible.

Fees & shipping
We cover return shipping for approved defective returns. No restocking fees.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, gift cards, or promotional bonuses are non-returnable.

Processing time
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or a replacement ships within 3–5 business days.
